N.B. Rates are per room with bed and breakfast, not full-board.

Additional fees:

Triple Room: € 20.00 per day to be added to the double room rate for intended period of stay.
Quadruple Room: € 40.00 per day to be added to the double room rate for intended period of stay.
"ONE DAY" tariff (1 night only): + 25% on top of the list price

Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per day for the first 7 days; under 16s are exempt.

Receive confirmation from our management that the room has been booked.

- A deposit must be paid by bank transfer. The reservation is valid only once the deposit has been received. The deposit will be withheld in full by the management in case of booking being cancelling. The customer who books the room agrees to occupy it at the agreed date and time. Each reservation must specify the exact date of arrival and departure, as well as the customer's complete address with telephone number. If the customer fails to arrive without giving 24 hours' notice, the hotelier has the right to consider the room canceled and to forfeit the deposit. If the customer leaves the reserved room before the agreed check-out date, the hotelier has the right to demand an indemnity for breach of contract, up to the amount of 3 days of the room price.

Paid services:

Beach set available in the period 14/06 - 14/09: 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair starting from € 12.00 per day in June and September, € 20.00 per day in July and € 25.00 per day in August.

Prices are intended per week and per accommodation.

The rate includes: use of crockery and cutlery, consumption of water, gas, final cleaning (customers must leave kitchenette clean), 1 parking space.
